Tihomir (Tic) Stoikovich, Principal Solicitor

Tihomir is a property specialist, covering many diverse areas of property law including industrial land dealings, subdivisions, rezoned farm sales, rural properties, complex leasing issues, sale and purchaser of businesses and associated commercial dealings including Wills and Estates.

Tic is a Public Notary.

Has been involved with many local sporting organisations (Bonnyrigg White Eagles), social clubs, and Churches, either acting on their behalf or pro bono, including past membership of sporting club committees, in the past has been an active member of several Serbian Organisations including Tics’s beloved Bonnyrigg White Eagles Soccer Club.

Former president of the Liverpool-Fairfield Local Law Society, is the current Vice-President, and a resident of the local area. Tic is a Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian speaker.

Stefan Pavlica, Associate Solicitor

Stefan has gained considerable experience in property law, commercial disputes, leasing, taxation, and areas of general practice including Wills and Estates. Stefan resides locally and is fluent in Serbian, Croatian & Bosnian.

He is a graduate of Cabramatta High and is involved in several local community sporting organisations and is an active member of his Church.

Deborah Stoikovich, Office Administration

Deborah has been engaged in the legal profession in excess of 35 years. She is experienced in most facets of legal practice, formerly engaged in litigation, family law and property law practice.

Jasmina Rujak, Licenced Conveyancer

She has worked in the legal profession since 2010. She is experienced, highly organised and committed to providing excellent client service. She is fluent in Serbian and Croatian.

Jasmina has formerly worked in large Sydney legal practices, providing her with great experience.

Melissa Dengate, Estates Administration

Melissa has extensive experience over 15 years in the Estate & Probate administration, in particular, lodging Probate and Letter of Administration Applications in the NSW Supreme Court.
